What We Do
A Model Designed for Urgent and Higher-Acuity Care
AMM's model extends "traditional" urgent care by incorporating clinicians and nurses trained in emergency medicine, on-site diagnostics with moderately complex laboratory services, CT and X-ray imaging, cardiac monitoring, and IV administration. Our sites are designed to treat a broader spectrum of urgent and acute cases in a community setting by providing the proper point of service, keeping the ~90% of unnecessary emergency department patients out the the ER.
This approach increases access, supports efficient patient flow, and reduces costs and wait times, aligning with the current demand for timely and comprehensive episodic care.
