I truly feel like the team at this urgent care was heaven-sent. I had a terrible case of food poisoning which hit me even harder because I have UC. I was severely dehydrated and in really bad shape but I didn’t want to sit in the ER for hours. I saw that this urgent care offered blood work and IVs, so I gave it a shot – and I’m so glad I did. There was no wait. They took my blood right away to figure out what I needed, game me IV fluids to rehydrate , and the doctor prescribed anti-nausea meds. The nurse kept reassuring me , saying , “don’t worry, you’re here now – we’ve got you.” That meant so much in the moment. They even waited with me outside at night until my uber arrived, just to make sure I got home safely. The doctor called me the next day to check in and make sure I was hydrating and doing okay. Hand down, the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.

I’ve tried 3 urgent care in Hoboken and this one is by far the best! Highly recommend.

My experience here with a broken finger was absolutely top notch. The entire team from the front desk to radiology to Dr. Calise and the nurses were all skilled, compassionate, friendly and efficient. Dr. Calises’s kindness and genuine concern was some of the best care I’ve received from a medical professional in any setting…almost unheard of in urgent care! I’m very grateful to have ended up here after trying tow other urgent care facilities that didn’t have x-ray techs available. HUMC game me better care than I would have ever expected!

The care and range of services at the West Orange location was excellent. We went in last night at 5 and left at 8, with a range of tests and a starter of a prescription as the pharmacy was closed. Amazing care by a team that has deep ER experience and talents. Honestly, couldn’t be happier.

I’d give 10 stars if possible, best urgent care facility I’ve ever been to. Every staff member, nurse, tech and doctor was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful – each went above and beyond (literally each one). The facility is also clean, welcoming and had everything I needed on-site. On top of that, I was seen, treated and discharged quickly, and only after I had all my questions answered and was thoroughly examined. I can’t recommend this facility enough!

Dr. Calise was great, very caring, and gentle. I live in Clifton but made my way to this particular location. I was having shortness of breath and chest pain. It seems this location treats these kinds of symptoms. Dr. Calise took me himself to the examination room. Right away started working on me. After treatment and care, he diagnosed me with small blood clots. Treatment was started. I avoided the hospital, in my particular situation. I am so thankful. Plus, all the nurses were very nice and professional.

Excellent urgent care facility. Everyone is friendly, the service is prompt, and the medical staff is excellent. They are able to run bloodwork and do imaging tests, including CAT scans, on the spot. At a recent visit, the doctor and staff stayed until past closing time to finish testing and wait for the results. Very highly recommended!

Best experience ever. Dr. Dellapi fantastic diagnosis every bit as good as any hospital including Valley. Beautiful office set up including, XRAY, (CT) scan, immediate blood work results. Nursing staff first class. Do yourself a favor and bypass Valley Emergency Room. Doesn’t matter that location is affiliated with Hackensack Meridian.

This place is a hidden gem. There was very little wait time, an ER doctor, Dr. Bhatnagar, nurses, XRAY, CT SCAN. After enduring Waldwick’s “not so urgent care” packed and crowed waiting area, this place is excellent. Excellent place for top medical care.

My girlfriend woke up with severe abdominal pain. We had read about the urgent care plus from Hackensack Meridian magazine we received in the mail. Went in website reserved at 9:45 spot and were taken on time. The care was wonderful. Staff was excellent. Shortly after we got there, a gentleman walked in that wanted to be seen. I stepped out for 15 minutes and when I got back, he was no longer in the waiting room. I would highly recommend this place. So much better than going to ER.

I’ve been to this establishment several times with my son for what we thought was pink eye and strep throat and it was sever allergies. They’ve taken care of me several times and I was there again today with a severe GI issue and severe dehydration and their amazing staff never lets me down! They are amazing!!! Thank you for all you do! Doctors, nurses and support staff

The staff and doctors are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.
